Jewellery Sizing Guide
Rings: Finger size required. If you are unsure of your finger size we strongly suggest that you confirm your size with a local jewellery retailer. Most are happy to oblige. We use the UK standardized system for sizing H-Z (however can convert other international ring sizing systems) For the most accurate measurement, try to have measurement taken when hands are not too hot or cold. Warmer weather will cause your fingers to swell while cooler temperatures will do the opposite. Your ring should be able to just slide over your knuckle and fit snuggly around the base of your finger. At no point should it feel uncomfortably tight or loose enough to fall off. If your ring size isn’t listed on the website, please contact us to confirm that it is possible. Most rings can also be made in half sizes. Please note if there is a problem with the initial ring size and it is one of our featured designs, we will resize the ring once free of charge (however postage will not be covered).
Bangles are designed to move freely around the wrist. We would need hand and wrist measurements.
Cleaning of Jewellery
Silver jewellery does tarnish but can usually be easily cleaned with a silver dip which removes any tarnish instantly. After using the dip make sure to rinse the jewellery in warm soapy water, and dry thoroughly. Most items come in a satin or polished finish. It is important to note that satin finish will become more shiny, and polished finishes will become duller as they are worn. For satin items use silver dip only (in addition brush the jewellery with an old soft toothbrush), For polished items use a silver polishing cloth (which is impregnated with a polishing agent therefore easy to maintain and /or silver dip. For a straight out of the workshop look, please contact us and we can refinish the jewellery for a small charge).

Delivery and Postage
Each piece of jewellery comes in a Paul Finch branded box.

Delivery is Free Of Charge. Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email and a further notification with tracking number once the parcel is on its way. We use Colissimo International secure tracked and signed for service and delivery times are usually 5-7 days (the parcel is delivered and is trackable in the UK via Parcelforce and requires a signature on receipt)
Customers in UK & Europe: We will advise you when the parcel has arrived in the UK and is with Parcelforce. If there are any additional charges, they will be fully reimboursed.
Worldwide Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply.
