Delivery and Postage
Each piece of jewellery comes in a Paul Finch branded box.
For despatch times, please see individual items. If However you need something sooner or for a specific date, please contact us. 

Delivery is free of charge. Once we receive your order, we will send a confirmation email and a further notification with tracking number once the parcel is on its way. We use Colissimo International secure tracked and signed for service and delivery times are usually 5-7 days (the parcel is delivered and is trackable in the UK via Parcelforce and requires a signature on receipt)
Customers in UK & Europe: We will advise you when the parcel has arrived in the UK and is with Parcelforce. Any additional charges will be fully reimboursed.

Worldwide Buyers are responsible for any customs & import taxes that may apply.

Terms and Conditions
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange the item within 14 days. A full refund will be made if we receive the item unworn, however we will not be able to refund specially commissioned items that differ from featured designs. (We will cover cost of return postage if the item was faulty or damaged on arrival).  We will only replace incorrectly sized bangles or rings once free of charge, therefore measurements need to be accurate.

Any Personal information we receive will be used for the purpose of delivering jewellery only. We do not store any credit card information online nor share your details with a third party other than our payment provider, Paypal.
