(We would need your name, address, contact number & details of jewellery item including code, metal, finish, and size – Rings: finger size, Bangles: hand and wrist measurements.)
Delivery and Postage
Each piece of jewellery is delivered in it’s own exclusive quality packaging.
Delivery times: 2-3 weeks for silver items, 4-5 weeks for gold/precious metal items. (If you have left it a little late or need something sooner than the delivery date or for a specific date, please contact us and we will do everthing we can to meet your deadline.)
Delivery is usually free of charge. Once an order has been made an email with tracking number will be sent. Your parcel will require a signature upon receipt so please ensure there will be someone there to receive goods & provide a signature. (For worldwide postage please note any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer).
Terms and Conditions
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return or exchange item within 14 days. A full refund will be made if item is returned unworn (we will cover cost of return postage if item was faulty or damaged on arrival). We will not be able to refund specially commissioned items that differ from featured designs. We will only replace incorrectly sized bangles or rings once free of charge, therefore measurements need to be accurate
Personal information collected will be used for the purpose of delivering jewellery only. No credit card information is stored online by us and your details will never be shared with a third party other than our payment provider, Paypal.
